B is for Blue

   
     If you didn't know, April is Autism Awareness Month. More than that, today is the fifth annual World Autism Awareness Day!

     Today, people all over the world are wearing blue to support Autism Awareness. Who will you wear blue for? I don't have a personal relationship with anyone with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. However, this post and my wearing blue are in honor of my online friend and blogging buddy, Heather. Heather's son has Asperger's Syndrome.

     Also during the month of April, many people and businesses will be participating in Light It Up Blue. From their site, "Light It Up Blue is a unique global initiative to help raise awareness about the growing public health concern that is autism."
